NAADU NEDU WORK STATUS SHOULD BE UPDATED WITH STMS MOBILE APP BY UPLOADING
BILLS AND RESOLUTIONS . 
PREVIOUS VERSION OF THIS APP IS 1.9.2. NOW IT WAS UPDATED TO
1.9.3.
URN number is enabled in stms. This will solve the problem of those who
don't have check books. Please uninstall your 1.9.2 app and install the
1.9.3 app. Since most of the problem has been solved, all of us have to buy
the material and pay the bill online and make the payment to VENDOR
through URN number and upload the bills in STMS app.
