ORDER
The attention of the District Educational officers in the state is invited to the reference read above, Vigyan Prasar, a national institute for science and technology communication established under Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, in association with National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) and Vijnana Bharati, a not for profit organization led by eminent scientists, is conducting the Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan (India’s Largest Science Talent Search Exam for New India using Digital Devices) for classes 6th to 11th .
2. Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan is a national level, unique, app based, science talent search examination that is conducted online. The registered students will be allowed to take exam from his/her own device, namely, a smart phone (mobile), laptop or desktop from his/her home. Exam will be conducted on windows and android platforms ONLY. First level examination will be conducted on 29 and/or 30 November, 2020. Timing of the examination will be the same all over India.

4. The Programme schedule is as follows:
1. Eligibility: from classes VI to XI
2. Type of Examinations through online mobile phone/Desk top ( School Lab)/Tablet/Laptop.
3. Medium of Examination; English, Hindi and 9 major regional languages.
4. Last date of registration : 15-10-2020 with late fee
5. Date of Examination : 29.11.2020 or 30.11.2020
5. Therefore all the DEOs in the state are requested to communicate the same to all the Schools in their jurisdiction and take necessary action. The Brochure of VVM – 2020 – 21 is attached with this proceeding for ready reference.
