LIC Scholarship 2020: ఎల్ఐసీ- గోల్డెన్ జూబ్లీ స్కాలర్షిప్ స్కీం 2020-21 నోటిఫికేషన్‌ విడుదల.
లైఫ్ ఇన్య్సూరెన్స్ కార్పొరేష‌న్ ఆఫ్ ఇండియా (ఎల్ఐసీ)కి చెందిన గోల్డెన్ జూబ్లీ పౌండేష‌న్ 2020-21 విద్యాసంవ‌త్స‌రానికి ఆర్థికంగా బ‌ల‌హీన వ‌ర్గాల విద్యార్థులు ఉన్న‌త చదువులు కొన‌సాగించ‌డానికి దేశ‌వ్యాప్తంగా స్కాలర్షిప్ ప్ర‌క‌ట‌న విడుదల చేసింది.
స్కాల‌ర్‌షిప్‌ల సంఖ్య:
దేశ‌వ్యాప్తంగా ఎల్ఐసీ డివిజ‌న‌ల్ సెంట‌ర్ ఒక్కోదానికి 20 చొప్పున రెగ్యులర్ స్కాలర్షిప్లు(బాలురు-10, బాలిక‌లు-10).
ప్ర‌తి ఎల్ఐసీ డివిజ‌న్ ప‌రిధిలో కేవ‌లం బాలిక‌లకు 10 ప్ర‌త్యేక స్కాల‌ర్‌షిప్స్ (పదోతరగతి పూర్తి చేసిన వారికి).
ముఖ్య సమాచారం:
అర్హ‌త: పదోతరగతి, ఇంటర్మీడియట్ ఉత్తీర్ణులై ఉంటే చాలు. ఎల్ఐసీ స్కాలర్‌షిప్‌న‌కు దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవచ్చు. సాంకేతిక, వృత్తివిద్యా కోర్సుల్లో చేరిన వారికీ ఈ సాయం అందుతుంది.
2019-20 విద్యాసంవ‌త్స‌రంలో క‌నీసం 60% మార్కుల‌తో పదోతరగతి, ఇంటర్మీడియట్ ఉత్తీర్ణులై ఉండాలి.
పదోతరగతి ఉత్తీర్ణులైన విద్యార్థులు ప్ర‌భుత్వ గుర్తింపు పొందిన కాలేజీలు/ స‌ంస్థ‌ల్లో ఒకేష‌న‌ల్‌/ ఐటీఐ సంబంధిత కోర్సులు చ‌దువుతూ ఉండాలి.
ఇంటర్మీడియట్ ఉత్తీర్ణులైన విద్యార్థులు మెడిసిన్‌, ఇంజినీరింగ్, గ్రాడ్యుయేష‌న్‌, ఇంటిగ్రేటెడ్ కోర్సులు, డిప్లొమా/ త‌త్స‌మాన ఉన్న‌త విద్య చ‌దువుతూ ఉండాలి.
కుటుంబ వార్షిక ఆదాయం రూ. లక్ష మించకూడదు.
మెడికల్, ఇంజినీరింగ్ వంటి ప్రొఫెషనల్ కోర్సుల్లో చేరిన విద్యార్థులు 55 శాతం మార్కులను, సాధారణ డిగ్రీ కోర్సుల్లో చేరిన వారు 50 శాతం మార్కులను పొందితేనే మరుసటి సంవత్సరానికి స్కాలర్ షిప్ కొనసాగుతుంది.
రెగ్యులర్ హాజరు శాతాన్ని కూడా పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకుంటారు.
దరఖాస్తు విధానం: ఆన్‌లైన్‌లో దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాలి.
ద‌ర‌ఖాస్తుకు చివ‌రి తేది: డిసెంబర్‌ 31, 2020.
ఎంపిక: టెన్త్ లేదా ఇంటర్‌లో పొందిన మార్కుల మెరిట్, కుటుంబ ఆర్థిక పరిస్థితి ఆధారంగా అభ్యర్థులను స్కాలర్ షిష్‌న‌కు ఎంపిక చేస్తారు. తక్కువ ఆదాయ వర్గాలకు ప్రథమ ప్రాధాన్యం ఉంటుంది. ఒక కుటుంబంలో ఒకరికి మాత్రమే స్కాలర్షిప్ పొందే అవకాశం ఉంటుంది.
స్కాలర్షిప్ మొత్తం: ఈ స్కాలర్‌షిప్‌కు ఎంపికైన విద్యార్థికి ఏటా రూ. 20,000 లను మూడు విడతలుగా చెల్లిస్తారు. స్పెషల్ గర్ల్ చైల్డ్ స్కీమ్ కింద ఎంపికైన విద్యార్థినులకు నెలకు రూ.10,000 చొప్పున రెండు సంవత్సరాలు ఇస్తారు. ఈ మొత్తాలను నేరుగా అభ్యర్థుల బ్యాంకు ఖాతాలకు పంపుతారు. ఇలా కోర్సు పూర్తయ్యే వరకు ఇస్తారు.

Students can fill the LIC scholarship application form 2020 by the following steps:
Students should, first of all, visit the official website www.licindia.in golden jubilee scholarship to LIC Scholarship apply online last date for the 2020 LIC Scholarship Form.
Go to the bottom of the home page and hit on the LIC scholarship 2020 links called “Golden Jubilee Foundation.”
Important Instructions for LIC Student Scholarship
The shortlisted students will receive a scholarship for the entire duration of the course by fulfilling the necessary conditions of eligibility for renewal. There is a set of significant terms and conditions that applicants will keep in mind when applying for LIC Golden Jubilee Scholarship:
Candidates will be chosen purely on the basis of merit (percentage of marks in class 10th and 12th and family background). Preference is granted in ascending order of income to students with the lowest annual family income.
In the final review of the program, students must achieve better than 50 percentage points throughout graduate courses in Science/Commerce/Arts and 55 percent in academic disciplines or corresponding rank to retain the scholarship for the next year.
In a household, only one nominee can earn a scholarship.
To continue the scholarship, the candidate should attend the classes regularly.
If an applicant breaks certain terms and conditions, the grant may be revoked or cancelled.
The scholarship will be cancelled immediately and, at the discretion of the LIC Divisional Administration concerned. The balance of the scholarship paid will be restored from the applicant is found to have earned the scholarship by false statements/certificates.
The LIC Golden Jubilee Foundation (LICGJF) will take the initiative in developing a comprehensive system for the collection and sanctioning of the LIC scholarship for students who have been shortlisted.
LICGJF will conduct the evaluation of the scheme at regular intervals.
At the discretion of the LIC Golden Jubilee Foundation Board of Trustees, the regulations can be changed at any time.
