ORDER:
The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the State are invited to the reference 1st cited, wherein instructions have been issued on F.N of 15-02-2021, to relieve the teachers covered in WPs in which Hon'ble High Court of A.P passed dismissal orders on 5-02-2021. On 15- 02-2021, the State Election Commission issued election notification to Municipal Corporations/Municipalities in the state vide reference 2nd cited and MCC comes in force.
Hence, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the State are requested to implement the orders issued by this Office in the reference 1st cited after completion of MCC.
This has got the approval of the Director of School Education, A.P., Amaravati.
