All the Inspecting Officers in the District i.e, Deputy Educational Officers/ Mandal Educational Officers/Deputy Inspector of Schools are hereby informed that notices were given to the managements of aided schools where the schools are having below 30 roll since three academic years.
Further as per RTE Act-2009, and as per amendment brought to Sub Rule 17 of Rule 10 in GO Ms. No.1 vide G.O. Ms. No. 39 Education dated 17.06.2013 the aided schools having roll below 10 during the academic year 2021-22 have not to be opened.
In view of the above the Deputy Educational Officers/ Mandal Educational Officers/Deputy Inspector of Schools in the District are informed that the list of aided management schools that are having roll below 10 are herewith communicated with instructions to see that the said aided schools are not be opened during the academic year 2021-22.
The Inspecting Officers concerned are requested to take immediate necessary action accordingly and inform the concerned school managements regarding above matter.
