జిల్లాల పునర్విభజన లో భాగంగా Order to serve విధానంలో ఉద్యోగుల కేటాయింపులు జరిగిన నేపథ్యంలో, G.O.NO. 45 లో వున్న exemptions ప్రకారం బదిలీలు జరపవలెనని, సదరు నిబంధనలు పాటించని యెడల, అవి అన్నీ Review చేయవలసిందిగా, ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగుల సంఘము , ప్రభుత్వమును కోరగా, అన్ని శాఖల HODs కు ఈ రోజు ఆర్థిక శాఖ ముఖ్య కార్యదర్శి (HR) వారు ఉత్తర్వులు ఇచ్చివున్నారు.

In the reference 7th cited, the Andhra Pradesh Government Employees Association has requested the Government to issue instructions to all HoDs to review the provisional allocation made through "Order to Serve" and issue necessary modification orders to the individuals concerned, In consonance with the guidelines issued vide Government orders 1st, 3rd, 4th & 5th cited.
2. Government, after careful examination of the representation, hereby direct the Administrative Departments/ HoDs to take necessary action for review of provisional allocation of employees already made, as per necessity to the Newly Restructured Districts, duly following the guidelines issued in the references 1st, 2nd, 3rd 4th and 5th cited, subject to administrative convenience and work exigencies in the context of re-structured districts.
