New Online Pensions Authorization Procedure
Date: Awareness Program on New Online Pensions Authorization Procedure proposed on 30-7-2022
Salient features of the new policy are:
1. Under this new system, the pension proposals of the retired / serving employees shall be submitted to the State Audit Department through the respective pension CFMS through the sanctioning authority's route.
2. The old pension proposals were 13 page forms, simplified and now reduced to 4 pages.
3. Henceforth submission of pension proposals only through online mode will create transparency and speed up the pension process.
4. Henceforth the details related to the pensioners will be automatic i.e., the details will be filled by him by perceiving the details already registered in CFMS.
5. For the convenience of the pensioners all the calculations have been made automatically in the new swer.
6. Introduction of biometric system for grant of pension for security / privacy of pensioners.
7. In the new pension system, the comprehensive pension proposals will be made directly by the sanctioning officer, eliminating the burden of middlemen.
8. The PPO/GPO/CPO will be issued online to the Treasury officers and concerned departments in this new pension system.
9. If the retired employee concerned has agreed to this new pension scheme the information will be given through email.
10. Details of the case and brief information will be provided to the concerned pensioner on the mobile number.
నూతన విధానమునందు గల విశిష్ట లక్షణములు:
- ఈ నూతన విధానం ద్వారా, పదవీ విరమణ చేసిన / చేయుచున్న ఉద్యోగుల పెన్షన్ ప్రతిపాదనలను సంబంధిత పెన్షన్ CFMS ద్వారా మంజూరు అధికారుల ఋజు మార్గము ద్వారా రాష్ట్ర ఆడిట్ విభాగానికి సమర్పించాలి.
- పాత పెన్షన్ ప్రతిపాదనలు 13 పేజీలతో కూడిన ఫారమ్ లు, సరళీకృతం చేయబడ్డాయి మరియు ఇప్పుడు 4 పేజీలకు కుదించబడినవి.
- ఇక పై ఆన్లైన్ విధానం ద్వారా మాత్రమే పెన్షన్ ప్రతిపాదనలు సమర్పించడం వలన పారదర్శకత ఏర్పడుతుంది మరియు పింఛను ప్రక్రియ వేగవంత గా జరుపబడుతుంది.
- ఇక మీదట పింఛనుదారుల సంబంధిత వివరములు ఆటోమేటిక్ అనగా, ముందస్తుగా CFMS లో నమోదు కాబడిన వివరములను గ్రహించుకొని వాని ద్వార వివరములు పూరింప బడును.
- పింఛనుదారుల సౌకర్యార్థం కొత్త స్వా ర్ లో అన్ని లెక్కలు ఆటోమేటిక్ గా తయారు చేయబడ్డాయి.
- పింఛను మంజూరునకుగాను పింఛనుదారుల భద్రతకు / గోప్యతకు వీలుగా బయోమెట్రిక్ పద్ధతిని ప్రవేశపెట్టడమైనది.
- నూతన పింఛను విధానం నందు సమగ్ర పింఛను ప్రతిపాదనలను నేరుగా మంజూరు అధికారి వారే చేయటం వలన మధ్యవర్తి ఇబ్బందులను తొలగించవచ్చును.
- ఈ నూతన పింఛను విధానం నందు ఆన్లైన్ ద్వారా నే PPO/GPO/CPO ల ను ట్రెజరీ అధికారులకు మరియు సంబంధిత శాఖలకు జారి చేయబడతాయి.
- ఈ నూతన పింఛను విధానము నందు సంబంధిత పదవీ విరమణ చేసిన ఉద్యోగి అంగీకరించిన యెడల ఇమెయిల్ ద్వారా సమాచారం అందిచబడును.
- సంబంధిత పింఛను దారునకు కేసు కు సంబంధించిన వివరములను, సంక్షిప్త సమాచారము ను మొబైల్ నంబర్‌కు అందచేయబడుతుంది.
