The attention of the District Education Officers/ Regional Joint Director
of School Education in the State is invited to the 1st reference read above.
As the government has decided to address the learning gap in public schools
to make students globally competitive, blended learning using digital
devices and content is proposed to ensure appropriate class-specific
learning outcomes.
Further, Andhra Pradesh government has provided 5.18 lakh tabs free of
charge to class VIII students of all government schools preloaded with BYJU
premium content. These tabs are being distributed to 676 mandal delivery
points and must be installed with SD card and distributed to 8th class
students after the launch of the program by Hon'ble Chief Minister of Andhra
Pradesh on 21.12.2022 i.e. 22nd. -12-2022 to 28-12-2022 in presence of
Ministers/Local MLA at Mandal Centre.
The District Education Officers have been directed to prepare a
Constituency wise action plan containing the name of the school which will
hold the inauguration program in the Mandal from 22.12.2022 to 28.12.2022 in
consultation with the District Collector and local MLAs. One mandala can be
taken at a time. All activated tabs are pooled and moved to the next zone
after the zone distribution is over.
The District Educational Offer in consultation with the District Collector
shall submit a Mandal wise Constituency Plan to the Commissioner of School
Education by 19.12.2022 evening, clearly stating the number of tabs to be
distributed constituency wise each day.
In order to conduct it smoothly, all the District Education Officers of the
State should ensure that all Mandal Points are provided with High Speed
Broad Band Internet facility immediately and complete the installation by
20-12-2022.
The District Educational Offers/ Regional Joint Director of Schooling will
take further necessary action in this regard and also make necessary
arrangements for conducting the program on a large scale.
The Special Officers will regularly monitor and personally visit the
concerned district one day earlier to participate in the first program in
the district
