Every teacher who teaches 1st to 5th classes should fill this google format accurately on how far they have completed the syllabus and to what extent they have seen the work books. On 09/02/2023, everyone should fill this format within 1 o'clock in the afternoon. It is the responsibility of the district education department officials and mandal education department officials to include this format to all the teachers in your district.
The following format should be filled by every teacher teaching from class VI to class X by noon on 9th of this month.

Select Yes or No for Work Book Correction
If No, Enter Reasons
Click on Submit Button
