హైదరాబాద్: తెలంగాణలో ఉపాధ్యాయుల బదిలీలపై హైకోర్టు స్టే విధించింది. బదిలీ నిబంధనలపై నాన్‌ స్పౌజ్‌ టీచర్ల సంఘం దాఖలు చేసిన పిటిషన్‌పై విచారణ సందర్భంగా హైకోర్టు (తెలంగాణ హైకోర్టు) నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది. ఉపాధ్యాయుల బదిలీ నిబంధనలు రాజ్యాంగ విరుద్ధమని పిటిషనర్ల తరఫు న్యాయవాది వాదించారు. వర్కింగ్ కపుల్స్, యూనియన్ లీడర్లకు అదనపు పాయింట్లు ఇవ్వడంపై అభ్యంతరం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. నిబంధనల సవరణలకు అసెంబ్లీ ఆమోదం లభించలేదని కోర్టు దృష్టికి తీసుకెళ్లారు. దీనిపై కౌంటర్ దాఖలు చేయాలని రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం (టీఎస్ ప్రభుత్వం)ని ఆదేశించిన కోర్టు.. ఉపాధ్యాయ బదిలీల ప్రక్రియను మార్చి 14 వరకు నిలిపివేసింది.

ln exercise or powers conferred by Section 78 and 99 of Telangana Education Act, 1982 and under Article 309 of the Constitution of India and in supersession of all the earlier Rules and Guidelines on Transfer of Teachers, the government of Telangana hereby makes the following Rules regulating the transfers of the categories of Head Masters Gr.ll (Gazetted), School Assistants and S'G'T's and their equivalent categories working in the Government Schools and Z P'P' and M'P'P Schools in the State of Telangana
