All the district educational officers and regional joint directors are aware that the Formative assessment 4 was conducted from 09.03.2023 to 15.03.2023,

It is very important to disseminate the results to the students and parents to know the mistakes done in the exams by the students and for remediation plan.

Hence it is requested to ensure that the evaluation of answer scripts should be completed by 18.03.2023 and marks entry into web portal and CCE register to be completed by 22.03.2023

Also requesting to ensure 100 percent marks posting in relevant registers and website.

The attention of all the Regional Joint Directors and District Educational Officers in the state is invited to the second reference cited above, which contains orders to conduct Formative Assessment-4 from February 9th to 14th, 2023, and the third reference, which outlines the pre-final examination schedule from March 9th to 18th, 2023. As a result, a detailed timetable has been issued for Formative Assessment 4 for classes 1 to 9 and the pre-final examination for class 10."It is aware that, as per the instructions issued in reference 2 and 4, the question papers will be sent in online mode.

Therefore, all the RIDSES and DEOs are requested to ensure that the Formative Assessment 4 and pre final examinations is to be completed within the time frame suggested and to make 100% of the student marks are entered into the School Education Portal within the time frame specified.
