Reference:-Representations given by various teachers unions in the meeting of Hon'ble Minister on 20.03.2023.
All Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Education Officers of the state informed that various teachers unions have represented about changing school timings in Urdu medium schools of the state during Ramzan.
Therefore, after considering the requests, the Regional Joint Directors of School Education / District Education Officers of the State are directed to issue necessary instructions to Urdu Medium Primary, Upper Primary, High Schools, Urdu Medium Parallel Sections and Urdu Medium Diets in the State. 24.03.2023 to 22.04.2023 under their control to maintain school timings from 8.00 AM to 1.30 PM during Ramzan.
These instructions are applicable to the above mentioned schools only. The above time change will not affect the schedule of SSC public exams or other exams already scheduled for other classes in the state.
