Sub: Mana Badi Nadu-Nedu, Phase-II - Certain instructions to be followed in implementing the program - Strict compliance requested– Regarding.

2. Review meeting held on 04.04.2023 hosted by the Commissioner, School Infrastructure with all the District Educational Officers, Addl. Project Coordinators and Head Masters.
Under Phase-II of the Mana Badi Nadu Today programme, the Government has received administrative approval in reference 1 read above, with a total budget outlay of Rs.8000 crore to improve infrastructure in 22,344 schools and other educational institutions.
In this context, see reference 2 cited in the review meeting, all sub-components of Nadu-Nedu are working.
Not started. All other components except furniture, green chalk boards, additional class rooms and compound walls should be started by 10th April and all above mentioned components should be completed by 12th June 2023. All major and minor repairs should be completed by May 15.
All District Education Officers, Additional Project Co-ordinators and Executive Engineers of concerned implementing agencies are therefore directed to ensure that the above instructions are followed without any deviation.
