Sub:- School Education – Medical Attendance – Medical Reimbursement Proposals of retired teachers to upload the bills through Online - Certain Instructions already issued – Reminded Regarding.

It has been observed that some of the DEOs, MEOs, and H.Ms are submitting the Medical Reimbursement Proposals of retired teachers manually through post or by hand to this office despite the clear instructions that have already been issued in the references cited.
As a result, the state's Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers are urged to provide all Drawing and Disbursing Officers, also known as Deputy Educational Officers, Mandal Educational Officers, and Head Masters, among others under their authority, are instructed to submit the Medical Reimbursement Proposals of retired teachers only online via cse.ap.gov.in, and not via manual bills. Physically offered proposition are not acknowledged by this office as the equivalent was at that point informed. Any proposals submitted after this date will be subject to necessary disciplinary action.
