Sub : School Education – SCERT – NISHTHA 4.0 (ECCE) – Rerun of NCERT’s mandatory NISHTHA 4.0 (ECCE) online training for MEOs, CRPs, DIET Principals and faculty– Join and complete the six courses through DIKSHA platform – Orders issued – Reg

All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education, District Educational Ofcers in the state, Principals of DIETs and Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are here by informed that NCERT has been conducting NISHTHA 4.0 (ECCE) training on Pre- Primary Education. The frst level benefciaries of this online training are Mandal Educational Ofcers, Cluster Resource Persons, DIET Principals and faculty of School Education Department and PDs, CDPOs and Supervisors of ICDS department. The frst phase of online course has been started on 17th November 2022 and completed on 16.02.2023, but most of the identifed master trainers have not completed the course in the said duration. Now NCERT is rerunning the course from 17.02-2023 which is available on DIKSHA platform and course has to be completed by the end of May, 2023.

• Enrolment Closing Date:25-05-2023
• Course closing Date:31-05-2023.
In this connection, all the RJDSEs, DEOs and Principals of DIETs in the State are requested to take necessary action and instruct all master trainers (MEOs, CRPs, DIET Principals and faculty) who have not completed the course and those who have completed consuming the course material but not scored 70% in the assessment also to join in the rerun of the training immediately through the given links in the annexure. This course is mandatory for all MEOs, CRPs, DIET Principals and DIET Faculty and is to be completed in either English or Hindi in NCERT tenant only. The course guidelines, schedule and links are in the annexure.
In this regard, to facilitate the monitoring process of NISHTHA 4.0 (ECCE) training at the district level, a dash board has been created.

In view of the above all the RJDs, DEOs and the DIET Principals in the state are instructed to monitor at the district level in their jurisdiction using the above dash board link for the successful completion of the trainings by MEOs, CRPs and DIET Faculty by 31.05.2023 without fail.

Guidelines for Rerun of the NISHTHA 4.0(ECCE) training
NISHTHA 4.0 (ECCE) online course is on Pre-primary education.
• This course is meant for teachers working in Pre-primary schools and
Anganwadi schools.
• In the frst phase, training will be given to master trainers.
• Mandal Educational Ofcers, Cluster Resource Persons, Faculty
working in DIETs from School Education Department and PDs, CDPOs
and Supervisors from ICDS Department will act as master trainers
for NISHTHA 4.0 and this course is mandatory for all the mentioned above.
• All the participants has to register in DIKSHA through the link provided by their mobile phones or laptops.
• Using DIKSHA login the participants has to join the course and then Unique User ID (UUID) will be generated.
• Participants need to note their User ID and Pass Word for future communication.
• Participants has to join the course through the given links in the annexure.
• Participants can enrol in all the six courses from 17-02-2023 to 25- 05-2023 before the enrolment date ends at their convenience .
• Participants can enrol in all the six courses at a time or course by course as per their convenience but all the courses should be completed before 31-05-2023.
• In this course material is available in the form of PDF. Participants has to read the material given in the course, watch the videos prescribed for the course at their convenience.
• At the end of each course participants shall write objective type examination. Participant shall score 70% of marks in the examination within three attempts to get the certifcate for each course.
• MEOs, CRPs and DIET faculty, PDs, CDPOs and Supervisors who have not achieved 70% in the frst batch of the course has to rejoin the course through the links given for the rerun attached as annexure. Those who have not completed all the courses has to rejoin in the incomplete course in the rerun, consume the material in the course and give the test to get the certifcate.
• All the participants should complete the course as per the schedule given by NCERT in either English or Hindi in NCERT tenant only.

• To facilitate the monitoring process at District Level dash board has been created for NISHTHA 4.0 (ECCE) trainings.

• Through this link the participants can be monitored individually through their correct UUIDs.
