ORDER :
1.Human Resources are the most significant asset of the Government. Needless to say, a competent, trained and disciplined workforce is paramount for service delivery.
2. The Government has reviewed the current process of recruitment of the vacant sanctioned posts, and it is observed that, so far, recruitment was carried out in an ad-hoc manner and without definitive timelines for notifications of the posts and that there is a need to streamline the entire procedure.
3. Keeping in view of the above, the Hon’ble Chief Minister has directed the Finance Department to release an Annual Calendar for Recruitment, every year, regarding the posts to be filled up on regular, contract and outsourcing basis.
4. Accordingly, the Finance Department, after obtaining the data of direct recruitment vacancies, has identified the number of direct recruitment posts to be filled up on regular, contract and outsourcing basis, duly aligning the same with the priorities of the Government, and after consultation with Recruiting Agencies, has prepared the Recruitment Calendar for the year 2021-22.

ఆంధ్ర‌ప్ర‌దేశ్ ముఖ్య‌మంత్రి జ‌గ‌న్ 2021-22 జాబ్ క్యాలెండర్ విడుదల చేశారు. అనంత‌రం సీఎం క్యాంపు కార్యాలయం నుంచి మీడియాతో మాట్లాడుతూ వివ‌రాలు తెలిపారు. 10,143 ఉద్యోగాల భ‌ర్తీకి జాబ్ క్యాలెండర్ విడుదల చేస్తున్న‌ట్లు వివ‌రించారు. ఈ ఆర్థిక సంవ‌త్స‌రంలోనే ఈ ఉద్యోగాలన్నింటినీ భర్తీ చేస్తామ‌ని తెలిపారు. ఏ ఉద్యోగం ఏ నెల‌లో వ‌స్తుందో తెలుపుతూ ఈ క్యాలెండ్ విడుదల చేస్తున్న‌ట్లు తెలిపారు.
అవినీతి, ప‌క్ష‌పాతం, వివ‌క్ష‌కు తావు లేకుండా పార‌దర్శ‌కంగా ఉద్యోగాల భర్తీ ఉంటుంద‌ని చెప్పారు. ఎలాంటి ద‌ళారీలు, పైర‌వీలు జ‌ర‌గ‌కుండా, సిఫార్సుల‌కు అవ‌కాశం ఇవ్వ‌కుండా ఉద్యోగాలు భర్తీ చేస్తున్న‌ట్లు వివ‌రించారు. ఉద్యోగాల కోసం నిర్వ‌హించే రాత‌ప‌రీక్ష‌లో వ‌చ్చే మార్కుల ఆధారంగానే ఉద్యోగాల భర్తీ ఉంటుంద‌ని చెప్పారు. అంటే ఇంట‌ర్వ్యూలు నిర్వ‌హించ‌బోమ‌ని వివ‌రించారు. ఉద్యోగాల కోసం యువ‌త ఎదురు చూస్తున్నార‌ని వారు మ‌నో ధైర్యం కోల్పోకుండా ఉండేందుకు ఉద్యోగాల భర్తీ చేస్తున్నామ‌ని ఆయ‌న చెప్పారు.
కాగా, ఇప్ప‌టికే తాము గ్రామ స‌చివాల‌యాల్లో 1.22 ల‌క్ష‌ల శాశ్వ‌త ఉద్యోగాలు భర్తీ చేశామని జ‌గ‌న్ వివ‌రించారు. నిరుద్యోగ యువ‌త‌లో సేవా భావం పెంచేందుకు వాలంటీర్ వ్య‌వ‌స్థ తెచ్చామ‌ని చెప్పారు. 2.50 ల‌క్ష‌లకు పైన నిరుద్యోగుల‌ను వాలంటీర్లుగా నియ‌మించామ‌ని అన్నారు.
రెండేళ్ల‌లోనే ఏకంగా 6,03,756 ఉద్యోగాలు భర్తీ చేయ‌గ‌లిగామ‌ని తెలిపారు. 1,84,264 ఉద్యోగాలు శాశ్వ‌త ప్రాతిప‌దికన ఇచ్చామ‌ని వివ‌రించారు. 3,99,791 ఔట్ సోర్సింగ్, 19,701 ఒప్పంద ఉద్యోగాలు ఇచ్చామ‌ని తెలిపారు. గ‌త ప్ర‌భుత్వ హ‌యాంలో ఔట్ సోర్సింగ్ నియామ‌కాల్లో ద‌ళారీలు ఎక్కువ‌గా ఉండేవారని వివ‌రించారు. ఇప్పుడు అలా జ‌ర‌గ‌ట్లేద‌ని చెప్పుకొచ్చారు. ప్రభుత్వంపై రూ.3,500 కోట్ల భారం ప‌డుతున్న‌ప్ప‌టికీ తాము ఆర్టీసీని ప్ర‌భుత్వంలో విలీనం చేశామని ఆయ‌న చెప్పారు. తద్వారా 51,387 మంది ఆర్టీసీ ఉద్యోగుల‌కు భ‌ద్ర‌త ఇచ్చామ‌ని ఆయ‌న తెలిపారు.
