SBI Youth for India Fellowship 2022-23: భారత ప్రభుత్వ రంగ బ్యాంక్‌ అయిన స్టేట్‌ బ్యాంక్‌ ఆఫ్‌ ఇండియా (ఎస్‌బీఐ) - ఎన్‌జీఓల సహకారంతో ‘ఎస్‌బీఐ యూత్‌ ఫర్‌ ఇండియా ఫెలోషిప్‌’ ప్రోగ్రామ్‌ని నిర్వహిస్తోంది. ఈ క్రమంలో ఈ ఏడాదికి సంబంధించి ఎస్‌బీఐ యూత్‌ ఫర్‌ ఇండియా ఫెలోషిప్‌-2022 కి దరఖాస్తులు ఆహ్వానిస్తోంది. అర్హత, ఆసక్తి గల అభ్యర్థులు https://youthforindia.org/ వెబ్‌సైట్‌ ద్వారా అప్లయ్‌ చేసుకోవాలి. మరోక లింక్ కోసం ఇక్కడ క్లిక్‌ చేయండి.

అర్హత: గుర్తింపు పొందిన యూనివర్సిటీ నుంచి ఏదైనా డిగ్రీ ఉత్తీర్ణులు అర్హులు. నాయకత్వ లక్షణాలతోపాటు కమ్యూనికేషన్‌ స్కిల్స్‌ ఉండాలి. గ్రామీణ ప్రాంతాల్లో ప్రజల ఇబ్బందులపై అవగాహన తప్పనిసరిగా ఉండాలి.

The fellowship provides a framework for India's best minds to join hands with rural communities, empathise with their struggles and connect with their aspirations.

INITIAL YEARS

Launched on 1st March, 2011, the pilot batch had 27 fellows who successfully completed the fellowship.

The concept received a positive feedback from all the stakeholders involved, considerable impact was assessed on the ground.

The Program seeks to help India secure an equitable and sustainable growth path by:

Providing educated and passionate urban Indian youth with an opportunity to touch lives and create positive change at the grass root level in rural india

Providing NGOs working on development projects in rural India with educated manpower whose skill sets can be used to catalyze rural development.

Promoting a forum for the Program alumni to share ideas and contribute to rural development throughout their professional life.

వయసు: దరఖాస్తు నాటికి 21 నుంచి 32 ఏళ్ల మధ్య ఉండాలి.

ఫెలోషిప్‌ ఖాళీలు: 100కు పైగా ఖాళీలున్నాయి.

ఫెలోషిప్‌ వ్యవధి: 13 నెలలు ఉంటుంది.

స్టయిపెండ్‌:

నివాస ఖర్చుల కోసం నెలకు రూ.15,000

రవాణా ఖర్చుల కోసం నెలకు రూ.1,000

అలవెన్సుల కింద రూ.50,000

మెడికల్‌ ఇన్సూరెన్స్‌ ఉంటుంది.

ఎంపిక విధానం: ఈ ఫెలోషిప్‌లకు సంబంధించి ఎంపిక ప్రక్రియలో మూడు దశలు ఉంటాయి. ఆన్‌లైన్‌ అసెస్‌మెంట్‌, పర్సనాలిటీ అసెస్‌మెంట్‌, ఇంటర్వ్యూల ఆధారంగా అభ్యర్థులను ఎంపిక చేస్తారు. అభ్యర్థులు ప్రిలిమినరీ దరఖాస్తులో వారి పూర్తి వివరాలు, విద్యార్హతలు, ప్రొఫెషనల్ బ్యాక్‌గ్రౌండ్ వివరించాలి. ఆ తర్వాత ఆన్‌లైన్ అసెస్‌మెంట్ స్టేజ్ ఉంటుంది. ఆన్‌లైన్ అసెస్‌మెంట్ పూర్తైన తర్వాత పర్సనాలిటీ అసెస్‌మెంట్, ఇంటర్వ్యూ ఉంటాయి. వేర్వేరు నేపథ్యం, వృత్తి, వ్యక్తిగత అంశాలను పరిగణలోకి తీసుకొని ఫెలోషిప్‌కు ఎంపిక చేస్తారు.

అధ్యయనం చేయాల్సిన అంశాలు: విద్య, నీటి వనరులు, మహిళా సాధికారత, టెక్నాలజీ, సోషల్ ఆంట్రప్రెన్యూర్‌షిప్, సాంప్రదాయ కళలు, స్వయం పరిపాలన, ఆహార భద్రత, ఆరోగ్యం, ప్రత్యామ్నాయ ఇంధన వనరులు, పర్యావరణ పరిరక్షణ, గ్రామీణ జీవితం తదితర అంశాలపై అధ్యయనం చేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది.

దరఖాస్తు విధానం: ఆన్‌లైన్‌లో దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాలి.
