Sub: Secondary Education - S.S.C Public Examinations April /May 2022 -Instructions Issued Regarding Instructions issued in the reference 3rd cited, by the Collector &
District Magistrate Eluru District Eluru, regarding conducting of SSC Public Examinations April /May 2022 and issued clear instructions to all the Departmental officers/ Mandal Educational officers, Chief Superintendents and Flying Squad officers in the following.
1. Not to allow any Mobile Phones in the Examination center including Chief Superintendents, Departmental officers, Invigilators.
2. If in case carry any Mobile Phones, it should be deposited to the Police escorts /Mahila Police outside the Examination center for safe custody.
Hence all the Chief Superintendents/ Departmental officers and Invigilators are instructed to follow the instructions issued by the authorities if case anyone deviated the above instructions the following Act 25 of 1997 will be imposed.
Whoever contravenes or attempts or abets the contravention of the Provisions of the Act shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which shall not less than three years but which may extend up to seven years and fine which shall not be less than rupees five thousand, but which may extend up to rupees one lakh"
